David Dahlgren has represented both employers and employees regarding a wide range of employment issues, but has primarily acted as counsel for individual Plaintiffs with respect to wrongful and constructive dismissal claims.  He has appeared as counsel before the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Federal Court of Canada, British Columbia Employment Standards Branch and at all levels of Court in British Columbia.
